Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981, Mr. Venkitachalam served as the Chief of Finance at Bhageeratha Engineering Ltd., a global construction firm, where he gained extensive experience in corporate finance and regulatory matters.

In 1987, he transitioned into independent practice and co-founded Venkit & Hari, Chartered Accountants. As a senior partner, he has been at the forefront of auditing, tax representation, and company law matters, providing expert financial and regulatory guidance to businesses for over three decades.

K. S Hariharan

Partner, Chartered Accountant

Qualified in 1983, Mr. Hariharan has gained industry experience before embarking on independent practice in 1987 as a co-founder of Venkit and Hari. Since its inception, he has played a key role in the firm expansion and reputation.

With deep expertise in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory, he has been instrumental in providing tailored solutions to businesses across various industries. His strategic insights and client-centric approach continue to drive the firm success.
